It’s rare that I write reviews for companies unless there is something bad I’ve experienced that I want to warn others about. HOWEVER, with Ashley and his team at BELVOIR IPSWICH this is the totally opposite case. I’m going to put the next line in bold because I cannot emphasise it enough. IN MY EXPERIENCED OPINION ASHLEY AND HIS TEAM AT BELVOIR IPSWICH ARE AN UNDISCOVERED GEM WITHIN THE ESTATE AGENCY WORLD OF IPSWICH. IF I COULD RATE THEM TEN STARS I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD. I say experienced opinion because in the long time (2 years) I attempted to sell my property it wasn’t without its stresses and upsets. Quite frankly at the hands of all other Ipswich estate Agents (EXCEPT BELVOIR) it’s been one of the most painful and distressing experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I must’ve tried at least 8 estate agencies who either didn’t value my business, down right blatantly lied and misled me or just made no interest in selling my property. No word of a lie. It must’ve been 8 estate agents. BUT NOT BELVOIR IPSWICH. Belvoir Ipswich were the only estate agent that I stayed with throughout the whole process. They bar far brought me the most viewings and offers too. The support, honesty and listening they brought to the task cannot be overstated. Initially yes, there was one very minor teething problem with Belvoir. But, Ashley and his team at Belvoir Ipswich listened, took on board what I said and acted. There was never a single problem ever after. I seriously cannot over state the value of having Ashley’s support and guidance throughout the whole process. Even when I sold through a different agent Ashley was still there, telling me to go back to him if I needed advice. He was always honest with me and more importantly kept me up to date every single week on what was going on with the marketing, even if it was just to say “nothing of significance to report this week”. Almost two solid years Ashley and his team kept up their weekly dedication to keeping me informed and marketing my property. They are simply BRILLIANT. The irony of the whole situation is that when I went into the Belvoir office after such awful experience at the hands of my first two agencies, I was reluctant and wasn’t confident Belvoir were right for the job. I’m so glad that this once I didn’t trust the devil on my shoulder because Belvoir Ipswich are so far ahead of all the other Ipswich agents In terms of honesty, drive and support they’re practically in space compared to all the other shoddy, dishonest and lazy estate agents in Ipswich. And yes that’s most of them. Please do not under estimate how much I implore you to use Belvoir Ipswich when you next want to sell your property. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I HAVE SAID IT ONCE AND LET SAYS IT AGAIN - ASHLEY AND HIS TEAM AT BEVLOIR IPSWICH REALLY ARE AN UNDISCOVERED GEM IN THE ROUGH OF IPSWICH ESTATE AGENTS. Ashley and Justin, I will never be able to offer you enough thanks for the service you offered. My only regret is that another agent popped you to the post in selling my property. Definitely one of the best agents in town. They have a fantastic team , especially Ema who have helped us numerous times with several issues including the one in the lockdown period and Tom & Angie who were always there to guide when we needed. When I reached out to them in Nov last year I was in dire need & as I was new to this place I didn’t had much idea. They not only ensured our smooth transition but made sure we had someone to rely whenever we need. Sadly I had to leave premise earlier this month however I would defined recommend them for anyone who need a comfortable place to live & understanding folks to help.
