I have always had a very good service from Clare when she has visited and also from Tom and Lee when l have rung up with any problems. Just to let you know Clare, l haven???t heard from the Electrician regarding a visit to see my faulty hob which knocks the power off if l use it, so could you remind him please.

I had excellent service from Gemma Allen (and her team?) yesterday when I asked her for some written info about 3 flats I own and Belvoir lets for me. I was very pleased when she emailed me with the info later that same day.
