We recently used Primedale to sell our house in Ipswich. Excellent service and genuine, useful advice. The obvious experience and competence was refreshing and reassuring to comparative novices in the property market like us! We were quoted an excellent fixed fee price, a good set of details was produced and they took a lot of photos - even retaking a couple when they found that a slightly open cupboard spoiled the shot. Our property went up on the web (usual places, Right Move etc.) and we had five viewing requests leading to three full asking price offers within 24 hours. Primedale also organised the EPC and passed on the keys to the purchaser on completion. They answered a number of questions we had during the process quickly and professionally. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them.
