Ashley dealt with the sale of my house. It could have been very stressful as I was having some work on the house done during this time and was living over 200 miles away. The Belvoir team were superb, Ashley went above and beyond the call of duty doing things from checking and reporting back on the progress of the builders, to collecting up any mail while the house was empty to sending me my final meter readings. It really felt like I had a friend on the ground for me while I couldn't be there. Their fees were reasonable and the peace of mind was priceless. I also used their services as a landlord some time ago and the same level of service and reassurance was provided.
