We recently bought a house through Belvoir in Ipswich. All members of the team we had dealings with were very helpful, knowledgeable and happy to explain any elements of the process we were unfamiliar with. Communication was also very good throughout. For example, even after exchange of contracts, in the final few days before completion, when in theory there would have been nothing to gain from doing so, Ashley went out of his way to help us with a request.
