My first and still existing rent is from Belvoir, to me they are the best agency, they make sure the house are inspected on regular basis as stated on the contract.., no issues since I moved to my rented apartment from them. If I will be buying my own apartment sooner or later, it will definitely be from them. They show love to people regardless of their background.
