Absoloutely disgusted and dissapointed in Michael Poole ingleby barwick to continue selling a property on behalf of someone who accepts an offer and then rejects it later on. In short. I placed an offer on a house which was accepted. I had asked Michael poole to remove the property from the market and list it as sold STC. They spoke to the "vendor" who had said no. They were not willing to do that. "alarm bells" started ringing but I continued in good faith to be patient. Michael Poole give me some bs reason as to why they believe the owner had not agreed to the listing being removed but we all know the real reason. After listing our home for sale. We recieved a call from Michael poole stating how the vendor wishes to remove it from the market because they couldn't find anywhere within their budget. However, after further communication with Michael poole they have stated to me "The vendor have since asked me to keep the property on the market but have said that they need well in excess of the asking price". Well why did they mess me around and accept my offer. Why not just state on the listing what they genuinly wanted. I genuinely cannot believe Michael poole is STILL willing to sell a property on behalf of someone who agrees a price in writing and then just pulls it away because they want more money. Disgusting. I have a number of various properties around the North East and can promise you now I will NEVER do business with Michael poole again.

They don't ring you back.

Tried to get a viewing on a property that they had the keys for - had to wait nearly two weeks to view and the day before they cancelled as the house had been sold through another estate agents. Wish I’d rang them now. Terrible estate agents - difficult to get through to and appalling service.

Firstly I am absolutely upset with valuating property, I have received silly price for it! 😂 Secondly I have been viewing previously few properties from those agents which wasn't really nice as on pictures. When I asked M'bro branch for viewing on another property I have never heard anything back. Completely waste of time with selling or buying property.

Absolutely appalling estate agents. The Billingham office and the service they deliver is dreadful. To say they are underhand is an understatement. Overpriced houses and appalling customer service. Highly recommend not going near this agent.

Very disappointed with Valpal, little or no leads from the Valpal tool, very few leads from the facebook marketing. Certainly can't get their accounting correct as Incorrect invoicing issued and money taken by direct debit. Extremely poor communication and contact from the Valpal team, I had to chase them. Valpal tie you into a 12 month contract which autorenews, fortunately, I have given notice but I am still paying for a product which I don't use. I wish that Google would allow 0 stars or have negative ratings!

Absolutely appalling. Continued taking Direct Debit after cancellation of services then ignored our numerous refund requests. Having to get the bank to reclaim. AVOID.

Don't use, waste of time and energy, don't show up at viewing, don't call or reply to messages, unprofessional and blatantly don't care about customers service

Would never recommend renting from Michael Poole in Middlesbrough! They take ur money and charge you for things that were already damaged inside the property was spoken to so so unprofessional by Judy at the Middlesbrough branch when trying to get answers absolutely disgusting they are out to get your money for Anything!!! Will say anything to not give you your bond back and even charge 300 pound for ending a tenancy early shocking!!!
