Had a really good experience with Inspire. Starting with the phone call I spoke to Miguel and his customer service was excellent. I was booked in quickly to view the apartment and when I arrived I was greeted by Jessica. She was great at showing the apartment and was quite knowledgeable and done her job well. Having good and joyous estate agents can really make or break this experience and I was glad I didn't have to deal with any moody or rude workers as I have at other agencies. I've been dealing with Kelly for a number of years now and have always found her to be very professional. Neither favouring the landlord (me!) or the tenants means happy landlord & tenants in the long run and that's what we all want. Making time for face to face meetings builds a long term relationship which makes dealing with any issues easy. Automation and systems are great but sometimes a call/meet makes things so much easier all round. If you want to rent somewhere or you have somewhere to rent give Kelly a call.
