I've been dealing with Kelly for a number of years now and have always found her to be very professional. Neither favouring the landlord (me!) or the tenants means happy landlord & tenants in the long run and that's what we all want. Making time for face to face meetings builds a long term relationship which makes dealing with any issues easy.
