We decided to sell 2 rental properties a few months ago and I called a number of Northwich Estate Agents to decide who to work with. I met Andrew at one of the properties and was impressed by his straight forward approach to the task. He shared with me the 'Rightmove' performance data which shows they perform better than the other agents in the area. On the basis of the straight forward approach and the Rightmove data they got the job! The Williams team that progress the transactions were excellent throughout the process keeping us fully informed at each stage and advising us well when the inevitable 'twists and turns' occurred in the process. They have regular contact with the solicitors firms in Northwich (including the firm we used) and they effectively chased through the conveyancing process which made it so much easier for us. I couldn't be happier with the way they sold our houses for us.

Gemma really is fantastic at her job. I'll be honest, I was concerned when I heard she was part time. What would this mean if we needed updates?! Or a document moving forward? Rest assured, this did not impact our buying process at ALL. Gemma is very prompt, often checking emails out of hours to ensure she is well prepared for the next day. Not once was did my confidence waiver with this company. Our process certainly wasn't simple, but Gemma made sure we felt heard. The whole team are incredibly friendly and always apply that personal touch. If I even needed to call when Gemma wasn't there, they knew what was going on. As someone who likes to feel in control, they put my worries to rest. I'd have no hesitations in recommend Williams to family and friends.
