Gemma really is fantastic at her job. I'll be honest, I was concerned when I heard she was part time. What would this mean if we needed updates?! Or a document moving forward? Rest assured, this did not impact our buying process at ALL. Gemma is very prompt, often checking emails out of hours to ensure she is well prepared for the next day. Not once was did my confidence waiver with this company. Our process certainly wasn't simple, but Gemma made sure we felt heard. The whole team are incredibly friendly and always apply that personal touch. If I even needed to call when Gemma wasn't there, they knew what was going on. As someone who likes to feel in control, they put my worries to rest. I'd have no hesitations in recommend Williams to family and friends.
