No even on the market for a week before we had viewings booked and ended up with 4 offers. Managed to get 10 grand over asking price. Was thinking about doing it online as we though estate agents are a thing of the past. We would not of gotten such a great offer if it wasn't for Jack's knowledge and strategies. Octavia oversaw the sale of our house. She booked 6 viewings within the first week and managed to get us a full asking price offer within 2 weeks of our house being on the market. I'm not always easy to get hold of working shifts, but if I couldn't answer she always left a voicemail or email to keep me up to date. Everything has gone really smoothly, and she's now passed us on to the sales progression team with us accepting an offer on our house.
