If you want a professional then give Paul a call. He sold us our home years ago and we called him when it was time for us to sell. Always goes the extra mile and we wouldn’t look anywhere else going forward and recommend him to our family and friends. Bella was involved this time around as well. Excellent work ethic. From the moment we asked Paul to visit our property, he immediately got us onside. He put us at ease, was complimentary about the property and explained clearly what he was going to do. We immediately were comfortable with him and Bella when they were showing the prospective buyers our home and before he left on his first visit had already advised us of a prospective buyer. They were both permanently in touch on a group WhatsApp group with us advising of what was happening and of any news. After we had accepted an offer he was constantly helping us move things along as he could. He would ring solicitors and try to shift them along and glean useful information out of them to our benefit. Although we never intend to move again, if I was to, Ashton Stripp would be the first Estate Agent I would call and to any prospective sellers out there in the Battle area I would suggest you do the same!

Paul and Bella were absolutely brilliant. Communication was brilliant between us, our buyers and solicitors. They kept us up to date at every step via a group WhatsApp. Bella found us a buyer using her initiative and on the spot thinking! Both parties signed the Gazeal reservation agreement meaning both sides couldn’t pull out of the sale without very good reason. This bought us added security that the buyers were serious after one buyer pulling out already. I would recommend this to all buyers and sellers going forward. Thank you both.
