From the very beginning I had every confidence in Ben, Sam and the team, that they were doing their best for me, from valuation through to marketing and finally getting the sale through satisfactorily. It wasn't the most straightforward sale but they provided good advice and support and kept me informed of any developments in a timely manner. I would thoroughly recommend them.

As sellers, we appreciated the support and advice from Neil Buck during the fraught period between agreeing terms with our buyers and exchange of contracts. Sam Smith gave us her attention to detail whenever needed. However, we had to reduce our price to agree a sale and Perry Bishop's fee was based on the original offer price - in retrospect we wished we had agreed a percentage fee arrangement.

Aidan Lech-Allan is the man. I leave few reviews but Aidan went over and above to turn things around for us and we are very grateful. Property is a people game and this is the person to deal with. Deserves a pay rise.

Ashton Stripp did a great job selling my house, very professional and thorough, I found the marketing literature, from the video fly through, to the photos and written descriptions exactly what I was looking for, very modern and certainly produced the results with a good level of viewings and feedback.
