Theydons were the estate agents when we bought our house. They were easy to communicate with, reasonably responsive and straight forward to deal with.

I have had my house up for sale for 5 weeks and already accepted an offer. The team within the Prenton office are friendly, professional and always happy to answer any questions. I have previously used other estate agents for residential sales/ letting agreements would definitely return to Karl Tatler in the future. I have only given 4 stars as I can only comment on the last 5 weeks. Will update and amend once the sale is complete. So far very impressed.
