(review based on purchasing from Perry Bishop) From the first viewing I had on the house we eventually purchased up until completion, Perry Bishop have been absolutely fantastic! Estate agents in general do have a 'reputation' and I am extremely pleased to say Perry Bishop do not live up to that reputation, they have been a pleasure to deal with! One of the most frustrating things when looking for a house is when EA over priced properties. The property in question was certainly not over priced and was priced to sell, what all customers want! The viewings were managed efficiently (what you want!), the offer process was managed extremely well and the after-sales service was second to none! Perry Bishops have a dedicated after-sales service team who provide relevant updates on a weekly process, not something you would expect from a traditional EA but much appreciated! I have to say a special thank you to Jackie who handled the offer process in a professional and timely manner, thank you! Also a big thank you to Lynn (after-sales) who provided helpful updates throughout the whole processing process. I haven't come across many estate agents that I am particularly fond of but I would have no hesitation in recommending Perry Bishop to anyone who wants a quality estate agent to manage their property!
