Even though you know as a buyer they represent the seller, it never felt that way, as we were perfectly mediated through the whole process. They recommended external services for the mortgage, surveys and moving companies, of which we went with their recommended surveyor who was excellent. We sorted our own mortgage and moving companies, but amazing to know they had these services on hand if we needed them.
