Good afternoon Michael, I am sorry to share that when you left the property you hadn’t made any effort to clean anything , it was thick with dust and debris in all the rooms, the bathroom and kitchen required extensive cleaning and the rear courtyard was overgrown. When you moved into the property it was brand new. The property was not managed by Perry Bishop and on numerous occasions we asked that you contact the landlord directly regarding your deposit and the proposed deductions.
