The ValPal property valuation tool has been live on our website for over 2 years. We were actually pioneers of the tool. We decided to replace our traditional contact form with an instant online valuation tool as it was the right way to go with the world turning more towards social media and other online forms so it was a no brainer. Since we've had ValPal on our website, we've seen a definite increase in vendor and landlord leads. The leads are superb and the good thing is we can respond to them straight away. They make a great bank of leads for us to follow up over the forthcoming months. I definitely recommend the valuation tool as long as thyey're not in our area!
