Be aware, if you use their Facebook management ads service they will delete all the data that you paid for when you stop your contract. You will get no residual long term data benefit from allowing them to manage your Facebook ads. I'd either remove them from your meta account before you give your notice in or use an ad agency separate to these to distribute the lead gen tool.
