Recently sold my flat in South Croydon - advertised via many of the local providers - Streets Ahead, Haart, Choices, Barnard Marcus. Streets Ahead were excellent - got dozens of viewers in, always checked times in advance and were there to host all viewings. They found two buyers - one fell through and the other purchased the flat. Choices were okay - nice people, found a few viewers. The absolute worst are Barnard Marcus - they almost sabotaged my sale by calling my buyer and telling him I was still looking to find a buyer for my flat, a month after I instructed them to take it off the market. They often don't turn up to viewings, and harass buyers with poor customer service. AVOID. Go for Streets Ahead - definitely the best agents in South Croydon.
