I have been meaning to do this for a while. Paul handled what is my 10th property sale. He is hands down the best agent I have ever used. His valuation was spot on and well evidenced. The sale itself was a difficult process owing to a certain mini budget. Paul rose to the occasion helping both me and the buyer enormously in holding the whole difficult process together as the economy went into meltdown. He was cheerful and professional throughout. All this for a 1 bed flat that would have been many agents' last priority. I am so pleased to see his boards all over the area, he deserves it. I will certainly be using him again.
