Although the agents appeared to be very helpful, we were given false information about legal parking at the property we were buying. Spent money on survey and searches which was unnecessary as we only wanted a house with legal parking. Anyone buying Hill View Cottage can only legally park roadside,drive has no planning permission so parking illegal.
