We had asked Alia in just to give us a rough estimate on our house as we wanted to sell it soon. But she surprised us by actually having a ready willing buyer and we essentially had it sold off market in 24 hours. It was all bit unexpected but a fantastic outcome I would never have believed possible. She is extremely approachable and never stops working hard for her clients. Easy to get hold of and always pleasant and helpful. We are still in the middle of the process but it is so much easier knowing Alia is in control and can step in to advise and assist. I would 100% recommend her without hesitation! She is a superstar.
