Alia choreographed a 4 house chain with a multitude of unusual circumstances fantastically well despite the multitude of obscure obstacles that would have derailed most completions. Apart from the house I was purchasing,, she dealt with the sales and purchases of all the others in the chain. She was in constant touch with all of us,, alongside the solicitors, the estate agents and other agencies involved. The sales would not have gone through without her. Amazingly brilliant. I would definitely recommend her. Other estate agents may “ talk the talk” but Alia“walks the walk”. And in the most graceful way I have ever seen. Brilliant. Worth her weight in gold. Thank you Alia.
