We have just exchanged contracts having purchased through Symonds & Sampson Ilminster. From start to finish their service has been exceptional, indeed they were the last link in the top end of the chain and were the conscience of the whole chain, clearing blockers and ensuring we were all kept informed. Whilst the whole of the team have been friendly, relaxed but professional our prime contact throughout has been Georgie Wakinshaw, extremely experienced and always a good ear to bounce any queries or questions off of. As always selling and buying is a stressful time for all concerned but Georgie and her colleagues managed to minimise any stress points.
