AVOID at all costs. If I could give these awful conmen a 0 star I would. Please be very very very careful if you have chosen to deal with these people.

When first coming into contact with On the move property boutique we had nothing but praises for them they came across as very efficient but lovely people... do not be fooled! Very dishonest with no regards for their tenants what so ever. Please be very cautious when dealing with these people.

At first thought they were great but do not trust this estate agency that's all I can say. They will do anything to get the sale including misleading you. They are not registered with the Property Ombudsman but we have prepared a report for the Property Redress Scheme.NegativeProfessionalism

Best to avoid these agents. Terrible experience with them that affected our livelihood and quiet enjoyment of what was meant to be our home. Awful!!!

Absolutely the worst lettings experience we have ever experienced in over 15 years. These agents dont know the law, dont care about tenants or their rights. Property had black mould, serious damp issues, no heating when we moved in and several ongoing issues, two baths that we could never use, a showers that leaked through the lower floors ceiling and the place was filthy when we moved in..the several pairs of dirty knickers were the icing on top. I could go on and on...Landlords just grabbed what they wanted and left the rest of their rubbish all over the house that was filthy and smelled like dog urine as their pet urinated on carpets and rugs left in the house. These agents are not on your side, only the side of rouge landlords who dont give a damn or understand the law, much like the estate agent in question. After requesting legally required, sensible repairs we were the victims of a retaliatory or revenge eviction despite the EPC being not being present when we moved in, and an invalid Gas Safety Cert for over 12 months. Legal proceedings on the way!
