Online brochure cheerful and agent pleasant. Other than that, very poor customer service. Unavailable after 3pm weekdays and at weekends. Tried to contact several times once my offer was accepted and few days later got a reply. Heard nothing until house completed (even though it was their fault the completion took so long). Brochure falsely advertised the house, which affected my offer. Still no apology. Will never consider using their services to sell my home. Plenty of other competitive and 24/7 available agents out there!
