Great company to deal with! Me and my husband were planning to buy the property that was marketed by On The Move. The sale didn't go through due to our relocation, however they were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the way as well as when we've decided to not go ahead with the purchase. We first discovered OTM when looking to buy a property. Annabelle showed us round. The property we viewed wasn't right for us but we were so impressed with Annabelle and her friendly professional approach that when we listed our house for sale it was a no brainer choosing OTM. All of the staff are consummate professionals and very easy to deal with. Annabelle & Emma are always ready to deal with any query. The marketing of our property was exceptional; the photographs taken took our breath away. The photographer they use is an absolute perfectionist. Our property received an offer within 4 days of being listed. It went on to sell with a minimum of disruption....in the most difficult of times due to Coronavirus. Our actual sale went through on 25th March 2020, a day before the government started putting restrictions on house moves! We were very lucky we chose 100% the right Estate Agent. We achieved a great price for our property (98% of our asking price) and couldn't be happier about the whole experience. Once this lockdown is over I will be visiting the OTM offices in person & taking thr wonderful staff a thank you gift. Lovely people who take the stress out of a stressful situation.
