I felt that I could phone and discuss anything with her and she would deal with it professionally and make sure we had a good update whenever we needed one. On the move have just sold my property. It was sold within a couple of days, I am so impressed with the way they handle everything, nothing is too much trouble and the photos showed the house to the best advantage.
