We really appreciated how much the team kept the chain going to get us all moved during half term against all odds. The whole experience from listing to move felt premium. If you needed advice or contacts for surveyors or workmen, they know who can do it and when. On one occasion they even arranged a homebuyer survey for us pretty much. The flowers and the keys in a lovely box after the move were a great touch, because at that point in the move your so deep in the stress of it all, that little touch helps you take notice of the celebration that the moment actually is!
