OTM were agents for our sale and purchase so we got to experience both sides of their service. From start to finish it was first class. The way our property was marketed was very impressive and Jo does the best job of viewings. We had a quite a complex deal to make our sale/purchase happen and Annabelle worked tirelessly to sort all this out. In fact l still can't quite believe they've made this happen for us, it seemed like such a long shot! But somehow, they pulled it off! Sales progression was also excellent, using a dedicated Whatsapp group to keep us constantly updated is such a great idea! Emma is really responsive and you're never left wondering.
