We are glad we bought our house through on the move. From meeting Jo at the property, it felt like we’d known her years instantly! To dealing with Emma throughout the process. Emma was helpful and personable throughout. I felt that I could phone and discuss anything with her and she would deal with it professionally and make sure we had a good update whenever we needed one. She always understood and took the time to listen to our queries and I just found her really nice, calm and friendly to deal with which makes all the difference when things can get a bit tough as they do with all house moves.
