WOW! What an amazing team at On the Move GX. From start to finished Annabelle and her professional team have gone above and beyond to make what could have been a really stressful experience, run as smooth as clock work! Annabelle and her team marketed and sold our house within a matter of days, doing all the viewings themselves to take out all the stress for us as a working busy family. Once sold we set Annabelle and her team a pretty much unrealistic challenge of finding us our forever home in this crazy post pandemic time where houses were few and far between and house prices were at an all time high! Our budget was reasonable but not achievable for what we wanted! Annabelle accepted our unrealistic challenge and after a few weeks of looking she found us the perfect family home that ticked all of our essential requests with the opportunity to update and make it our forever home…achieving the unachievable!!! Emma and Jo were amazing with communicating what happens next and appointments for viewings and 2nd viewings etc. They set us up on a What’s App group so we could message any questions or receive updates really easily and conveniently ..again for a busy working family this was fantastic as you don’t always have time to ring but easy to just send a quick text. The final week of moving the whole team were fantastic in keeping us up to date on everything and reassuring us everything was running smoothly. On moving day we collected our keys which were presented in a beautiful box along with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Without Annabelle and her team we would never have purchased our forever home and we can’t thank them enough for making the whole process so stress free and smooth running from selling with them and buying from them. We would 100% recommend On The Move GX.
