From the very first visit arranged to my house Michaela arrived promptly and was very professional in her conduct. I was most impressed by the fact that she did not waste her time (or mine) in the following discussions which were brief and staight to the point. She left me to make my own decision and I followed her advice. I was pleasantly surprised that this proved to be the best course of action. Michaela certainly went above and beyond her remit when I was briefly hospitalised. She visited the house to make sure it was okay. She has offered tremendous invaluable assistance to me personally.
