Brad was brilliant from the first moment speaking with him especially after we had a difficult experience with another estate agency previously. He really did take all the stress and pressure off, communication was excellent and he was also able to help when I had forgotten to take meter readings and popped round to take them for me - Brad went above and beyond and I cannot recommend him enough. With Brads momentum and passion for his job the whole process from listing the property to completion was 3 months - far better than I could of ever expected!
