Buying your first home is famously stressful and after a month of pushy, weird agents at rushed viewings we were feeling disheartened. But from the moment we met Sam and saw our now forever home it was a different story. Both Sam and Ryan are genuine, decent, friendly people. They are straightforward, frank and reasonable and it was an absolute breath of fresh air. All the way through from offer to completion they were communicative, extremely supportive, friendly and also funny and brought an ease and levity that really soothed my naturally anxious spirit. I could not recommend these guys more - I’ve been telling all my friends and if we ever sell our home I won’t hesitate to use EweMove Hayes again. Thank you both for guiding us through and we’re so thrilled to be in our beautiful new home.

I am Liam Mellon, your local EweMove personal agent and Branch Director for Hyde and Dukinfield. My wife and I, with our two young daughters have lived all of our lives in the Hyde and Dukinfield area. I know this area, and the surrounding regions like the back of my hand. I guess you could say I'm a bit of a local expert! I always say a home is different to a house; it’s where you want to be after everything else in your life.
