Liam was very professional with the sale of our house, down to earth and friendly! Liam is honest and reliable which was a breath of fresh air, as we have already tried to sell with 2 other commercial agents who give false promises! Would definitely recommend!

When we decided it was time to sell our home we were advised to contact Liam. I’m so glad we did! Liam guided me and my family through the whole process and was on call 24/7 to answer any questions. Liam delt with all viewings which was great! As offers came in Liam contacted us right away, the offer we accepted was arranged on a Sunday, you won’t get that from any other agent! I would recommend Liam and his team to anyone looking to sell their property.

Liam was impeccable throughout the protracted process of selling, buying, and moving house. Keen to pitch in where he could, this impressively hands-on agent certainly made the entire process significantly less stressful than it would have been. My wife and I, with our two young daughters have lived all of our lives in the Hyde and Dukinfield area. I know this area, and the surrounding regions like the back of my hand.
