He has been there for us whenever we’ve needed him. On the day before we moved out, our boiler reported two faults so we called a plumber. We needed two parts to fix it and when we were all out of options, with just one place 28 miles away that had them, he dropped everything and drove over to pick them up and bring them back. The boiler got fixed out and we moved out on time. He didn’t have to but he did. That speaks volumes about his character and commitment to his customers. From valuation, photographs, listing and viewings through to sale, Liam was professional, patient with things we didn’t understand and nothing ever seemed too much for him.
