Sandra Watson has been a very positive addition to the Belvoir team. When Sandra first joined, she quickly got up to speed with everything relating to the property Belvoir manage on my behalf. She has consistently been friendly, prompt, efficient and helpful when taking necessary actions to manage the property. I know I can rely on her to communicate effectively, to be responsive to any requests and to chase things up when needed. She is well organised and proactive.
