Thomas Morris - Huntingdon

Great estate agents, all staff professionals and work hard. Only thing we would’ve done differently is not use the recommended solicitors, but otherwise Richard James are fab! Quickly sold our house and kept us updated throughout will use again for sure! 5* service!

The service provided during the purchase of our new house in a new region of the country was impressive from start to finish. A quick understanding of our requirements enabled us to see the property as soon as it came on the market. Laura's gentle but tenacious approach ensured the whole process moved along at pace to a successful conclusion and we moved in on the date agreed at the outset.

Great service from Richard James. Laura Woolley and Ellis Smith we very instrumental in getting a difficult purchase over the line. It nearly fell through due to solicitor delays. But their proactive management of vendor frustration got this over the line. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault the service and overall experience from start to finish. As a purchaser quickly Mark identified our requirements and limitations and worked hard to facilitate a deal to get it over the line to suit all parties. To also have Laura follow up the conveyancing process on an almost weekly basis was useful to keep the sale on track. I would highly recommend this team!

Richard James Highworth provided an outstanding service to us when purchasing our home. From a very informative viewing to a smooth sales progression, they always kept us in the loop, returned every call and kept in touch almost daily until we had the keys. Special shout out to Hugo who was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend.
