AMAZING! Our mortgage advisor was James Hindley. So we are were first time buyers and we pretty much had no idea what we needed to do or when/ where to start. One of my close friends had used Embrace Financial Services to help with going through with their mortgage. They were given a colleague called James Hindley. My friend raved about how amazing, supportive and attentive he was with helping her and her partner complete their first mortgage, and owning their own property. Me and my partner had to get the person they had help and guidance from. This was James Hindley. On first arrival we were very concerned, unprepared and clueless as to what we needed to do and how we go about the processes and terminology. James immediately put our worries to rest. He was great with answering all of our questions no matter how silly we thought them to be. He was polite, attentive and a very calming presence to work with. Always keeping us informed through both emails and calls and ensuring we were comfortable and never felt like we were missing anything. He was extremely flexible with our busy work schedules and seemed to go above and beyond to make us both included. Especially when me and my partner's work schedules didn't always match up We highly recommend any first time or even previous buyers to work with James Hindley. He is an incredible, hard working and very organised and professional mortgage advisor. We are so happy with now finally having our first home and we will be in James' debt for all that he has done for us. We hope to work with him again in future.
