I have never ever come across a manager so unprofessional as Michelle. She completely bullied and harassed a young apprentice who I managed. Apprentice was expected to work additional hours every day - sometimes 10 hours ! Completely exploitative

I have never ever come across a manager so unprofessional as Michelle. She completely bullied and harassed a young apprentice who I managed. Apprentice was expected to work additional hours every day - sometimes 10 hours ! Completely exploitative

Shocking attitude and service of one particular member of staff. Patronising and unhelpful attitude every time communication was necessary. Even landlord changed agencies because of poor communication and slowness in responding to questions/queries/issues.
