While we respect your right to share your opinion, we take allegations such as excessive fees, unprofessional conduct, and lack of transparency seriously. However, we respectfully disagree with the characterisation of our service as described. Our fee structures and service standards are fully disclosed to clients at all stages, and we encourage clients to seek clarification whenever needed. We encourage any individual with a specific grievance to contact us directly so that we may formally address their concerns in a structured and appropriate manner and we are pleased to hear that our Property Manager has now been able to work with you to address your concerns, and we’re glad to know you are now satisfied with the outcomes so far.
