Firstly I agree with the reviews previously made by other customers. I actually feel for the owner who actually trusted Martin and co . I reported number of issues to the agent and nothing was done about. For over 6 months the velux windows were leaking . The door lock was temperamental , we were advised to put wd40 on it , luckily it’s a wet safe building so we used to leave it unlocked. This is an apartment in valley mills in elland. Do not rent from these cowboys and landlords they don’t care about your property. I’m regards to your response from the owner , no maintenance reviews were conducted we advised of the issues aswell , each time you booked an appointment no one showed up , only on the 17th of November 2021 where I cancelled the inspection due to previously of no one showing up or getting in contact with us to let us know that you are unable to make it.
