struggling in getting back the deposit. the first picture shows their claims that means they want to charge me for those things which were not our faults. the second picture shows my email that I sent to them on 11/12/2020 (the day we arrived to the house and mentioned the property issues attaching some photos to that). they did not fix them but now they want to charge us because of them!!! I suggest to every tenant that taking photos of the property's issues as soon as they arrived to it. fortunately I did. Now, I am going to send my evidence to DPS.

Dear Mr Farham, You are not 'struggling to get your bond back', we are following the legally required process to make a claim against your deposit which is held by an approved provider, The Deposit Protection Service. The claim includes cleaning, property damage and gardening. Had you left the property in an acceptable state, your full deposit would have been returned to you. Unfortunately, the property required works following your exit. Would you like me to post these pictures for the world to see? I understand you are frustrated that you have not received your full deposit as of yet and so am I. I would suggest a 1 STAR review is given from your frustration of not getting your own way, rather than a reflection of your nearly 3 years at the property.
