The property market, especially rental property, is extremely busy. We have multiple applications for each property we market, including the property that you viewed. You were advised at the viewing by Zak that there was other interest, but you did not want to make a decision immediately. By the time you contacted our office, another client had already agreed terms on the property. I understand it is frustrating when you do not get your way, but we as an agency also have a job to do for our landlord clients - find quality tenants quickly. Which is what we do. There is no dismissive attitude in our office and our No.1 Ranking on Rightmove would certainly suggest incompetence is not a word associated with our operation. In truth you have had a ten minute viewing of a property and have made a judgement of 1 STAR against our business, I do not think this is fair or accurate.
