Within a week he had not only sourced a number of quotes for decorators, new carpets and fitting, but also had the work carried out and completed (I got to see the finished work a few months later and was very pleased - nice neutral colours, good quality carpet and excellent finish; all on a remarkably small budget).Just over a week after the work was finished Alex called to say he had found me a tenant, who I approved and who turned out to be fantastic. During the 2.5 years that Martin & Co managed my property there have been minor repairs that have been needed and Martin & Co have always acted swiftly, and subject to being able to get hold of me to authorise repairs, these have been carried out within 24-48 hours. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Martin & Co and can see that Alex and Will set themselves very high standards. I have very recently decided to sell my property but would not hesitate to recommend Martin and Co in Huddersfield to any landlords.
