Dear Mr Ali, The gentleman that provided your property appraisal is an experienced Estate Agent of over 30 years who has sold 100's of properties in the region over his career. He has never received feedback of this nature. Our market appraisals use the most up to date information provided by the Office for National Statistics, the Bank of England, Land Registry and property portals. Your comment of placing property at the 'bottom end of the market' is completely unfounded and untrue.
