They are the cheapest estate agent in Hucknall to sell your property with, but were by far the most professional and knowledgeable. We had dealings with other agents in Hucknall who we found to be very patronizing unresponsive so Martin's were a breath of fresh air. Ian was with us every step of the way from the valuation through to sale negotiations, then he found us our new property before it went to market and followed through on all the sales progression personally. The process would have been infinitely more stressful without him as it was a huge chain with many complications, but he was never too busy to offer advice and support.
